Advisor - Coaching

Coaching is our preferred mode after we become familiar with your situation following a facility review. Our format is significantly different from most consulting firms – we do not aim for long term projects where we come in and ‘fix’ your operation. Our goal is to help your staff build their skills to solve your issues. If you want solutions that you can continue to use after we leave, this is the best way that we have found that works.

Retainer of $1,800 (€1,450) per month includes: Weekly phone or Skype contact to follow your progress and to answer questions relating to the implementation programs. Additional access is available as needed, based upon availability.

Any site visits will have the current monthly fee discounted from total (time subject to availability; will have preferential access.)

Who is best suited for Coaching?

Executive staff, plant manager, department manager, middle management and coordinators of program.

The coaching can take the form of open discussions, review of documents following Key Indicators, review using Project Management software, etc.

We can help develop your current and future state Value Stream Maps, and assist in developing your Target Conditions for internal projects.
